Clams Casino Stuffed Mushrooms

They are stuffed with a savory bacon and clam mixture, and they are very easy to prepare and bake. Feel free to double the recipe for a crowd. They make a fabulous appetizer for a party or weekend gathering.
- Make your next hosting opportunity a breeze. This savory Cheese 'n Bacon Stuffed Mushroom Recipe is deceptively simple and even tastier than you can imagine.
- Add creamed cheese, garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, clams, bread crumbs, seasoning and half the parsley to stems and mix well. Pour 4 tablespoons of water into a baking dish and place filled mushrooms in dish in a single layer Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and half the parsley. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
