Servers, bartenders and managers are separate and distinct from chefs and food preparers, working in positions in what is often called the “front of house”. We offer courses in professional bartending and mixology, plus a range of courses in food cost control, food and beverage management and many more that can lead to certification from the National Restaurant Association's Educational Foundation's Manage First Professional® series.
